Odds and Ends
Overnight parking
All cars left in the parking lot overnight must be identifiable. If you have guests leaving a car overnight on our lot, make sure you give them your laminated visitors parking permit to place on their dashboard. If you do not have a permit, make sure you leave the licence plate number and condo unit number with the security guard or the superintendent. If you cannot reach them, leave a note on the dashboard, indicating the condo unit number. This is particularly important in winter when the lot is being plowed in the early hours of the morning and cars may have to be moved.
Car Wash
As people are using the car wash more frequently in the winter, please make sure you gather up all mats and all your personal cleaning materials.
Odds and Ends
It is the resident’s responsibility to get rid of old furniture, paints and all household waste. Residents have been leaving discarded items in Parking Spot #28 on P2. You are responsible for disposing of larger items, from renovations, etc., yourselves. The building has no way of dealing with them. If you are not sure of what to do with these items please consult with the superintendent.
Many units have smoke detectors that are more than ten years old. These should be replaced for safety reasons and to avoid having them go off unexpectedly. This has already occurred in several units.
Please do not throw your cat litter down the garbage chute. The plastic bags rip open upon impact and leave litter all over the dumpster room. Please take the bags to the dumpster room door on P1.
Residents are asked not to use the garbage chute between 10p.m. and 7a.m.
